3. Digital Marketing Retainer / Monthly Services

For ongoing monthly services such as SEO, PPC, or Social Media Management:

  • Payment is usually taken in advance for the upcoming month.
  • Since resources and planning are allocated in advance, fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
  • You may cancel future renewals by providing written notice as per your agreement (e.g., 15–30 days in advance).

4. Delays and Client Responsibilities

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Late content, approvals, or feedback from the client
  • Incomplete information or incorrect credentials
  • External platform restrictions or policy changes

Such delays do not qualify for a refund.

5. Quality and Revisions

We strive to deliver quality work and will provide revisions as per the agreement or proposal.

  • If you are not satisfied, please inform us promptly so we can address your concerns.
  • Requesting revisions does not entitle you to a refund unless clearly mentioned in a written contract.

6. No Performance-Based Guarantees

Digital marketing results (rankings, leads, sales, traffic, etc.) depend on many external factors such as competition, industry, budget, and platform rules.
